In the year of 2013, Xicheng District approved 45 foreign-invested enterprises and attracted contractual foreign investment of 510 million dollars with a decrease of 8.7% year on year and actually utilized foreign investment of 500 million dollars with a decrease of 17.4%.

In the year of 2014, Xicheng District approved 43 foreign-invested enterprises and attracted contractual foreign investment of 509 million dollars with an increase of 16.5 percent year on year and actually utilized foreign investment of 430 million dollars with a decrease of 13.2 percent.

In the year of 2015, Xicheng District has approved 35 foreign-invested enterprises and attracted contractual foreign investment of 330 million dollars with an increase of 460 percent year on year and actually utilized foreign investment of 510 million dollars with an increase of 17.5 percent.

In the year of 2016, Xicheng District has approved 25 foreign-invested enterprises and attracted contractual foreign investment of 160 million dollars and actually utilized foreign investment of 500 million dollars.

In the year of 2017, Xicheng District has approved 40 foreign-invested enterprises and attracted contractual foreign investment of 12.03 billion dollars and actually utilized foreign investment of 11.61 billion dollars.

In the year of 2018, Xicheng District has approved 47 foreign-invested enterprises and attracted contractual foreign investment of 1320 million dollars and actually utilized foreign investment of 520 million dollars.
